We want to ensure you have the best gear for your mountain adventures, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that mounted skis are considered customized and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original box or a secure shipping container, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
