What is your return policy for technical gear?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that mounted skis are considered custom products and cannot be returned.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If you have requested ski mounting services, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our technicians to prepare your equipment.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all blackcrows products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damage, or improper storage.
